She brings with her a wealth of specialized area knowledge from Biggera Waters to Hope Island, which is born of more than 27 years working locally in real estate, and even longer spent as a Gold Coast resident.

Having called the Gold Coast region home since 1970, Patricia doesn’t just know the community she’s well and truly a part of it. Born with a keen business acumen and a natural ambition to succeed, Patricia successfully managed several of her own business before turning her lifelog passion for real estate into a career, one of the highlights of which was independently managing Patricia Chapman Realty for 10 years. The foundation of such an esteemed career has been her innate desire to help people realize their property dreams, complemented by an unwavering willingness to listen to people’s needs, whether that be a one-bedroom apartment of a multi-level waterfront mansion. Her friendly attitude and trustworthiness have also been key to building and maintain lasting relationships with her clients.
